Massaman Curry (also Kaeng matsaman) is a delicious Thai cuisine that takes the form of a sauce with pieces of meat.

Ingredients: Dried red chilli 20%, 20% garlic, 20% shallots, 13% salt, 10% lemon grass, 7% cumin, 5% coriander seeds, 5% galangal
Storage: Keep in refrigerator after opening.
Preparation:
1. Mix 50 g of curry paste with two tablespoons of oil. Heat slightly for about 1 minute.
2. Add 600 ml of coconut milk and stir for 1 minute.
3. Add 250 g of your favorite meat and cook until soft.
4. Add 4 tablespoons of palm sugar, 6 tablespoons of tamarind paste, fish sauce or your favorite spice. At the end add the chopped onion, boiled potatoes (diced) and roasted peanuts.
5. Serve with steamed rice.
