This coconut vinegar is made from the sap of the flowers that grow in coconut trees. This sap is fermented for several months, turning it into a natural vinegar. Then, natural ingredients like chili pepper, garlic, and ginger are added to the product, giving it it’s unique taste. Try it with lechon, barbeque, meat, fish, and seafood!
