Ingredients: Sugar, spices (galangal, shallot, garlic, turmeric), hydrolysed vegetable protein (flavouring (contains soybean), rapeseed, oil, hydrolysed vegetable protein (defatted soybeans, corn protein), brine (water, salt), modified tapioca starch, salt), chilli, lemongrass, collagen casing, kaffir lime leaf, salt, flavour enhancer: E621, flavourings, anti-caking agent: E551 (nano). Contains sulphite.

Storage: Store in a dry place. Consume immediately after opening.

Preparation: Dissolve the contents of this package with 100ml water. Blend and knead 500g ground pork with seasoning. Fill the mixture into the casing. Grill the sausages with low heat until done or bake at 140°C for 20 minutes until done.
