Kaang hunglay is a curry of northern Thailand with influences from neighboring Burma. Unlike other Thai curries hunglay curry is made without coconut milk but with plenty of ginger, garlic, and pork. The ingredients of Lobo Hunglay Curry Paste such as shrimp paste, lemon grass, garlic, and chillies give your dish a typical Thai curry taste, without artificial additives. Enrich your curry with a little fish sauce and serve your dish with rice or rice noodles.
