Storage: Store in a dry place

Preparation: Chop 0,5 kg lean pork sirloin fresh and cold. Cut 250g cooked pork rind into small long strips, keep dry and cold. Empty the contents of both packages and combine all ingredients. Add 3 tablespoons chopped fresh garlic and 20-30 fresh red chilli peppers. Knead until the mixture becomes sticky. Pack tightly into plastic containers, seal off and leave at least 24 hours before frying or grilling.
