DE ZHUANG Mala Spicy Seasoning 52° 220g
A soup base for your Malatang at home. This incredible dish is said to originte from the Yangte River, where boat trackers used to beat dampness preparing hot and spicy soups with Szechuan pepper, ginger, and other herbs. We don’t know much more about boat trackers, but today Malatang contributes heating up the hearts and lips of many friends eating together every day. Thanks to Dezhuang you’ll finally able to join the party without moving from home!
Spicy degree: 52° Highly Spicy
1. In a pot add 700ml of water (also chicken/beef/mutton stock for better taste) and bring to a boil.
2. Add one bag of seasoning (220g) to the pot, also try adding some Szechuan pepper, chilli pepper, ginger and garlic to enhance the flavor. Mix properly.
3. Add meat, fish, vegetables or other ingredients to the soup, and let everything simmer until perfectly cooked. Serve it and enjoy!
