Preparation:
- Boil 54 cups (12 liters) of water
- Add 1 pack of “Concentrated Noodle Soup” into the pot. Then stir well. Ready to be served.

- Boil 54 cups (12 liters) of water
- Add bones or meat into the pot. Simmer with low heat for 30 minutes.
- Add 1 pack of “Concentrated Noodle Soup” into the pot. (Rinse the remaining in the pack with hot water)
- Add about 1 cup (240ml) of pickled garlic water.
- Simmer with low heat. Add any seasoning as you like.
- Put the boiled noodles, vegetables and meat into a bowl. Pour clear noodle soup into the bowl and then sprinkle with deep fried garlic, scallion and coriander. Ready to be served.
