Noodles: Wheat (Gluten) Flour (60.88%), Water, Salt, Palm Oil.

Oil Sachet: Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Chilli (1.8%), Sesame, Spices (Sichuan Pepercorn, Chilli Flavour (Dried Chili, Maltodextrin (Corn))(0.1%), Sesame Oil Flavouring (Soy Oil, Sesame Oil), Colour (160c).

Powder Sachet: Salt, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Dried Spring Onion, Maltodextrin (Corn), Yeast Extract, Ginger Powder, Garlic Powder, Flavour Enhancer (E635), Anticaking Agent (E551).

Vinegar Sachet: Vinegar (Water, Bran (Gluten), Rice, Salt), Acid Regulator (E330).

Ready to cook

Serving Suggestion:

  1. Remove packaging, put noodle into a bowl, add 600ml of boiling water and cover.
  2. Wait for 5 minutes then drain.
  3. Add in all other sachets according to taste, mix well and ready to serve.
