Use:
For soup broth, use 1 packet :
3 cups of boiling water.
Wonton soup
Pour 3 cups (675 ml) of water into the pot and heat it until it boils.
Add 1 packet (9 g) of wonton soup base mix and stir.
Add 10 wonton dumplings, reheat, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
Add 1/2 cup of pak choi greens (cut into 1 inch lengths) and stir.
Pour into a bowl and serve hot. Makes 2 servings.
