Sauce mix 65g: sugar, baked chopped peanuts (peanuts, antioxidant: E306, sunflower oil), spices (chilli, onion, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves), salt, dextrose, hydrolysed vegetable protein (soybean, maize, wheat (gluten), xylose, sunflower oil, glucose syrup, colour: E150d, maltodextrin, salt, yeast extract, acidity regulator: E330), modified tapioca starch, anti-caking agent: E341, acidity regulator: E296.
Seasoning mix 35g: Sugar, maltodextrin, spices and herbs (turmeric, cumin, coriander, mustard seed), salt, flavour enhancer: E621, modified tapioca starch.

Storage: Store in a dry place.
Preparation: Mis the content of package A (Seasoning mix, 35g) with 0,25 (60 ml) coconut milk and sprinkle onto 500g chicken strips. Marinate for 1 hour. Thread the chicken onto skewers, grill until done. For the sauce: put the contents of package B in a saucepan and add 0,75 cup (180 ml) of coconut milk and 3 tablespoons vegetable oil. Mix well and bring to a boil.
