Ingredients: Wheat flour, whey powder (milk), raising agents: E541, E500, salt, emulsifier: E471, flavour.
Allergens: Wheat, whey, milk. This product may contain taces of eggs and soybeans.
Storage: Store in a dry place
Preparation:
1. Grease a muffin pan with butter or margarine
2. Add 1 cup of water to 1 pack of Puto mix. Blend well for 1 minute using electric mixer at low speed or with a wooden spoon until smooth.
3. Add 1/2 cup of sugar and mix for 30 seconds. Gradually add 5 tsps of cooking oil and continue mixing for another 30 seconds or until smooth and free of lumps.
4. Pour into prepared muffin pans about 3/4 full.
5. Cover the steamer with a cheese cloth and steam for about 30 minutes. Puto is done when surface is shiny and bounces back when pressed.
6. Brush surface with butter or margarine.
