Preparation
Soak in tap water for 10 minutes. Boil palabok in water for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender, and turn off heat. Stir to loosen (do not drain), and leave the palabok in hot water for another 15 to 30 minutes. Drain and transfer palabok on plate, our sauce, garnish with toppings and serve with patis and calamansi.
