Spicy Pork Tapa 500g

Ingredients:

Pork, Soy Sauce, citrus juice, garlic, Pepper, Chilli and Salt.

 

Direction of Cooking:

1.Defrost the meat inside refrigerator overnight.

2. Put 1/2 Cup of cooking oil into the frying pan.

3. Pour in the whole content of the package into the pan then cover the pan with the pan lid.

4. Turn on the heat of the stove and cook the meat into medium to medium  high. After 3 minutes open the lid of the pan then start mixing the meat to avoid from burning. At least 5 minutes

5. Cook the meat until it turns darker brown.

Serve with steamed rice and fresh salad of your likings.  Enjoy!
