Preparation: Use beef, pork or chicken meat. Add 1/4 cup (60 ml) water to 300g ground meat and stir-fry till until done. Add contents of this package and mix well. Add fish sauce to taste. Garnish with shallots, mint leaves and spring onions. Serve with fresh vegetables.
