Description
Grass jelly is dark brown to black color jelly, made from Chinese Masona plant, which belongs to the genus of the mint family. The taste of the grass jelly is slightly bitter and therefore it is usually served with sugar syrup or (canned) fruit. Grass jelly is a popular dessert in Asia.
This ready-to-use grass jelly can be served with sugar syrup, (canned) fruit, or in milky drinks such as the well-known Bubble tea.
