Stewed bean curd with minced meat in pepper sauce is a kind of famous snack in Sichuan, which originated from the beginning years of Tongzhi, Qing Dynasty and has been favourable by consumers in the past one hundred plus years. Cooking Instructions: Stir-fry contents of this sachet with 400g of minced meat of your choice in 20g of cooking oil. Add 500ml of water. Simmer until meat is soft. Then add 600g of diced Unicurd Yakko Tofu soft, and 100ml of water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add slurry of 20g cornstarch+50ml water. Mix until thicken the sauce. Remove from the heat then pour into big bowl. Add diced spring onion on top for extra flavour.
Serve with cooked rice. Enjoy!
