BAMBOE, Sambal Goreng Ati for Liver Chilli 54g
Bamboe Sambal Goreng Ati (54g) is a popular, ready-to-use Indonesian instant spice paste specifically crafted to make Sambal Goreng Ati, a traditional Javanese aromatic dish of sautéed chicken liver (or beef) and potatoes coated in a rich, spicy chili gravy.

Standard Cooking Instructions (Serves 4)
Valmistamine:
Prep the Base:
Hard-boil or fry 250g–500g of chicken liver (or gizzards) and dice into small cubes.
Separately, dice and fry 250g of potatoes.
Sauté Spices:
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
Sauté the Bamboe Sambal Goreng Ati paste for 1 minute until highly fragrant.
Cook the Meat: Toss in your diced liver and stir-fry for roughly 4 minutes to absorb the paste.
Simmer:
Pour in 65ml of thick coconut milk and 100ml of water.
Turn the heat down low and let it simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Combine & Serve:
Mix in your pre-fried diced potatoes.
Cook together for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from heat and serve hot alongside steamed white or yellow rice.
