Laab Namtok Seasoning Mix 35 gram.
Recipe: Laab/Namtok
1. Prepare 300 g. meat (beef, chicken or other meat).
– Grind the meat for Laab.
– Grill and slice the meat for Namtok.
2. Add 1/4 cup (60 ml.) water and stir-fry until done, add the contents of this packet and mix well.
3. Garnish with shallot, mint leaves and spring onion. Serve with fresh vegetables.
