Green curry paste is used as the basis of many Asian dishes. Green curry paste unlike red or yellow is not so spicy.

Ingredients: Fresh green chilli 33%, lemon grass, garlic, salt, shallots, galangal, coriander, cumin.
Storage: Keep in refrigerator after opening.
Preparation:
1. Stir 50g of curry paste with 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil (gentle heat 1 minute)
2. Pour 400ml of coconut milk and keep stirring (medium heat 1 minute)
3. Put 250g of your favourite meat and stir them until done.
4. Add fish sauce, palm sugar or seasoning as preferred.
5. Put 60g of cut well eggplants and boil them until done, put some basil leaves, kaffir lime leaves and fresh chilli.
6. Dress with basil leaves before, Serve with steamed rice.
