Pork, Salt, Sugar, Garlic, Food color, Fruit Juice and Curing Salt.
Cooking instruction:
Step 1: Set a pan on medium heat and drizzle a small amount of oil.
Step 2: Pan-fry for 10-15 minutes turning occasionally to make sure that each side is cooked well.
Step 3: Transfer the tocino from the pan to a paper towel-covered plate to drain any leftover oil.
Serve it with Garlic rice or plain steamed rice. Pair it with any vegetables salad of your likings. Enjoy!
