Description
This is our popular chilli paste which is good for Tom Yum Goong (popular Thai sour and spicy prawn soup), Thai spicy salad (Yum), stir fry dishes or as a condiment for noodles.

Ingredients: Palm oil, shallot, garlic, chili 14%, sugar, fish sauce (water, anchovy, salt), peanut.
Allergens: fish, anchovy, peanut.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
Preparation:
Hot and Sour Prawns Soup (Tom Yum Goong)
1. Boil 4 cups of water with chicken broth. Add galangal, lemongrass, kaffirlime leaves and coriander root.
2. Add Chua Hah Seng Chilli Paste (4 tbsp), stir until well mixed. Season with fish sauce (3 tbsp).
3. Let the soup boil for a minute, add the prawns (4 pieces) and evaporated milk (10 tbsp).
4. Add straw mushrooms (100g). Let simmer for 5 minutes or until the mushrooms cooked.
5. Add lime juice (6 tbsp) then remove from the stove.
6. Garnish with Ground Thai chillies and coriander. Serve with steamed roce.
