230g pork belly, cut in strips<\/p>\n
2 tbsp Sempio Ssamjang<\/p>\n
1 spring onion, chopped<\/p>\n
1 bunch chives, halved<\/p>\n
Sesame seeds<\/p>\n
Directions:<\/p>\n
1. Sprinkle some salt on both sides of the pork belly strips. Drizzle oil into a pan over a high heat, cooking until golden.<\/p>\n
2. To make Ssam, place a leaf of lettuce on the palm of your hand. On the lettuce, place a scoop of rice, a piece of pork belly and a generous dollop of Sempio Ssamjang.<\/p>\n
3. Garnish with spring onions, chives and sesame.<\/p>\n
